Under what shall generally refer to as a “bibliography”, we have listed more than a thousand bibliographic and newspaper files written and published on Julián Gayarre mainly in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Although this work is incomplete –it is very difficult to cover all newspapers and magazines in the world-, it at least helps recreate his biography and enables us to become aware of the social importance Gayarre exerted at the time all while ensuring his memory remains alive.
